How do I get free delivery?
Free delivery is occasionally offered as part of promotions. Please sign up to the newsletter at the bottom of the homepage to be informed when promotions are being run.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery of UK domestic items should take about a week and half. For items dispatched from New York, Auckland or the Sunshine Coast, allow at least a month.

When will I get my refund?
The time taken for a refund depends largely on the method of payment. Credit cards used though PayPal, for example, can take a month or more. In that situation I am happy to discuss a direct bank transfer to expedite the process.
