  • Free delivery is occasionally offered as part of promotions. Please sign up to the newsletter at the bottom of the homepage to be informed when promotions are being run.

  • Delivery of UK domestic items should take about a week and half. For items dispatched from New York, Auckland or the Sunshine Coast, allow at least a month.

Returns & Exchanges

  • The time taken for a refund depends largely on the method of payment. Credit cards used though PayPal, for example, can take a month or more. In that situation I am happy to discuss a direct bank transfer to expedite the process.
